Job Description:
Start your adventure with Zip As Director, Revenue Operations,
you will lead Zip’s revenue operations function, driving alignment
across sales, marketing, and customer success to enable predictable
and scalable growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape the
strategic vision for RevOps, optimize processes, and mentor a
growing team, including the Associate Director of Revenue
Operations, to ensure operational excellence and revenue success.

developing and implementing revenue strategies, improving
workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance
performance and uncover new growth opportunities. Acting as a
trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will champion
innovation and collaboration across all revenue-generating teams.
This role requires strong leadership, deep operational expertise,
and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and
performance. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Alignment • Develop,
implement, and oversee a scalable RevOps strategy to drive
alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. •
Identify and execute initiatives to enhance revenue processes,
workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire revenue cycle. •
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at vertical expansion and
market penetration to unlock new revenue opportunities. • Represent
the RevOps function in executive discussions, translating business
goals into actionable operational strategies. Data-Driven Decision
Making • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and
opportunities for revenue enhancement. • Build and maintain reports
and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key revenue
metrics, enabling strategic decision-making. • Drive the
integration and optimization of AI-powered tools and technologies
to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and maximize revenue
growth. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
across revenue-generating teams to ensure predictability and
scalability. Mentorship & Team Development • Mentor and guide the
Associate Director of Revenue Operations, providing the support and
training needed for their growth and success. • Lead efforts to
manage organizational changes, including process improvements and
technology adoption. • Develop and deliver training programs to
improve team skills and knowledge, with a focus on CRM usage, sales
processes, and RevOps best practices. Operational Excellence &
Collaboration • Build and optimize tools, workflows, and processes
to drive efficiency across the revenue cycle. • Partner
cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and
Customer Success to enhance collaboration and alignment. • Advocate
for the resources, tools, and technology necessary to enable the
success of all revenue-generating teams. What you’ll bring to the
team • 10 years of experience in revenue operations or related
fields, with a track record of driving alignment, efficiency, and
growth. • Industry Knowledge: Background in fintech/payments, is
required. • Technology & AI Expertise: Proficiency in leveraging
AI-powered tools and technologies such as Clari, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Tableau to optimize
revenue operations, with experience in Salesforce integrations
using APIs, REST, or SOAP. • Strategic Vision & Execution:
Expertise in developing and implementing revenue strategies that
drive alignment and growth. • Leadership & Mentorship: Experience
managing and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Advanced
analytical skills to leverage data for forecasting, performance
tracking, and strategic planning. • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proven ability to align and partner with multiple teams to drive
shared revenue goals. • Change Management: Experience leading
process improvements and technology adoption across revenue
operations. • Operational Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks
like MEDDIC, Solution Selling, or Challenger, with a focus on CRM
optimization and RevOps best practices. • Adaptability &
Innovation: Skilled at anticipating market trends and integrating
innovative approaches into revenue operations. • Comfort with ~15%
travel to engage with key merchants and attend industry events What

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay
structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various
individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills,
experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective
business considerations. The annual base Pay Range for this
position is $175,000 - $190,000. This range reflects our USN
compensation banding. Additional premium percentages may apply
based on our tiered premium strategy. Subject to those same
considerations, the total compensation package for this position
may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity
awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or
other benefits. If hired, employees will be in an at-will position
and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well
as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit
program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual
performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and
market factors.
